This policy supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to all personal data collected by Varahii India ("we", "us", "our") through Doczone.in at https://doczone.in/ ("Website").

This applies equally to data submitted by general Users, patients, doctors, medical practitioners, hospitals, clinics, and any other person or entity interacting with the Website.

To be transparent, this commitment does not restrict the following, which do not constitute a "sale" of data:
- Engaging third-party service providers (such as web hosting, email delivery, spam-prevention, or analytics providers) strictly to operate, secure, and improve the Website, under confidentiality and data-processing terms — these providers act on our instructions and do not acquire independent rights to use your data commercially;
- Publishing Listing information that is inherently public-facing by the nature of a directory service (e.g., a practitioner's name, qualification, and clinic address, submitted for the express purpose of public display);

- Transfer of data as part of a bona fide corporate transaction (merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of business assets), where the acquiring entity agrees to honour this policy and applicable data protection law.
3. No Advertising Data Brokerage
We do not share your personal data with data brokers, advertising exchanges, or marketing aggregators for the purpose of targeted advertising outside the Website. Any advertising or analytics cookies used on the Website are governed separately by our Cookie Policy.
