Please read this Declaration carefully before using any information on this Website. By accessing, browsing, searching, downloading, sharing, or in any way using Doczone.in ("Website"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted this Data Resource Declaration ("Declaration") in its entirety. If you do not accept this Declaration, you must not use the Website in any manner whatsoever.

1. Nature and Source of the Data

Doczone.in is operated by Varahii India ("Company", "we", "us", "our") as a free-to-list, free-to-access online resource/directory of information relating to doctors, medical practitioners, hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, pharmacies, and allied healthcare and non-healthcare establishments across India ("Data" or "Listings"). The Data displayed on the Website is compiled entirely from:

• information already publicly available on the internet, including on search engines, government portals, medical council registers, hospital and clinic websites, business directories, and social media;
• information voluntarily submitted by third parties, including the listed practitioner/facility itself, its staff, patients, or members of the general public; and
• automated or semi-automated aggregation, compilation, and formatting of the above sources.

2. No Physical Verification — Express Declaration

Varahii India expressly and unambiguously declares that it does NOT, has NOT, and cannot commit to, physically visit, inspect, audit, telephone-verify, or otherwise independently confirm any doctor, medical practitioner, clinic, hospital, diagnostic centre, or any other establishment or individual listed on the Website. Because Listings are made available on the Website entirely free of charge to both the User and the listed practitioner/facility, and given the very large volume and nationwide geographic spread of Listings, it is not commercially, operationally, or logistically feasible for Varahii India to invest time, personnel, or money into visiting or verifying each Listing. Users must treat every piece of Data on the Website as unverified, unaudited, and unconfirmed unless and until the User independently verifies it through direct contact with the practitioner/facility, the relevant State Medical Council, the National Medical Commission, or other appropriate official source.

3. No Warranty as to Accuracy, Existence, or Legitimacy

Varahii India makes no representation or warranty whatsoever, express or implied, regarding: (a) the continued existence or operation of any listed practitioner, clinic, or facility; (b) the accuracy or authenticity of any qualification, registration number, specialisation, experience, or credential displayed; (c) the current validity of any medical licence or registration; (d) the accuracy of any address, phone number, consultation timing, or fee information; (e) the identity of the person operating any listed contact number or WhatsApp number; or (f) the safety, competence, ethics, or legal compliance of any listed practitioner/facility. Any such information, where displayed, is presented purely as an unverified data point sourced as described in Clause 1, and not as a certified or confirmed fact.

4. Absolute Denial of Responsibility

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable Indian law, Varahii India, its founders, directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents hereby absolutely and entirely deny and disclaim any and all responsibility and liability, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise, for:

• any loss, injury, disability, death, or damage to health suffered by any person arising from reliance on Data displayed on the Website;
• any financial loss, professional loss, or reputational harm suffered by any User, patient, practitioner, or facility as a result of inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, duplicated, or fraudulent Data;
• any misrepresentation, impersonation, or fraud committed by a third party using a Listing or contact detail displayed on the Website;
• the actions, omissions, negligence, malpractice, or misconduct of any listed doctor, practitioner, clinic, or facility, whether or not such Listing is later found to be inaccurate; and
• any decision made by a User — including a decision to visit, consult, transact with, or avoid any listed practitioner or facility — based wholly or partly on Data found on the Website.

Users expressly acknowledge and agree that all use of, and reliance on, any Data on the Website is undertaken entirely and solely at the User's own risk, and that Varahii India bears no duty of care towards any User, patient, or third party in respect of the accuracy or currency of Listings.

5. Duty to Independently Verify

Before consulting, engaging, referring a patient to, transacting with, or otherwise relying on any listed doctor, practitioner, clinic, or facility, Users are strongly advised and expected to independently verify the practitioner's registration and standing with the applicable State Medical Council or the National Medical Commission, the facility's licences and accreditations, and any other credential material to the User's decision. Varahii India's provision of a Listing is not, and must never be treated as, a substitute for this independent verification.

6. Right to Correct or Remove Data

Any practitioner, facility, patient, or member of the public who identifies inaccurate, outdated, unauthorised, defamatory, or fraudulent Data on the Website may request correction or removal by writing to info@varahii.com, with reasonable supporting evidence. Varahii India will review such requests at its sole discretion, on a best-effort basis, and reserves the right to take no action, partial action, or full action, and to determine the timeline for any such review, without any liability for the period during which allegedly inaccurate Data remains live on the Website.

7. No Obligation to Monitor

Varahii India is under no obligation to proactively monitor, audit, or periodically re-verify Listings once published, and the mere continued presence of a Listing on the Website over time does not constitute any representation that it remains accurate or that Varahii India has re-checked it.

8. Indemnity

Any User, practitioner, or facility that suffers loss, or causes loss to a third party, in connection with reliance on Data on the Website agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Varahii India and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any resulting claim, demand, liability, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal fees), to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Relationship with Other Policies

This Declaration operates in addition to, and does not limit, our Disclaimer and Terms of Use, each of which contains further limitation-of-liability and indemnity provisions that apply equally to the Data addressed in this Declaration.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Declaration is governed by the laws of India. Any dispute, claim, or proceeding of any kind arising out of or in connection with this Declaration or the Data on the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mira Road, Thane District, Maharashtra, India only.

11. Changes to this Declaration

Varahii India may amend this Declaration at any time without prior notice by posting the revised version on the Website. Continued use of the Website following any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Declaration.
